FAQQuestions and Answers
Tips and Considerations Designed to Help You Prepare for Your Move:
Prior to moving day, separate any items that you plan to take with you. Place items in a corner with a "do not move" sign or in your car and inform the movers of the pile during the initial walk through.
If possible, please utilize common sized moving boxes. Smaller shipping sized boxes can often be misplaced or increase the time length of the move. Please also refrain from using trash bags as a moving container.
Use or properly dispose of all perishables, liquids, and flammables. Drain all gas from lawn mowers, machinery, etc.
Items that cannot be moved:
Narcotics and paraphernalia
Disconnect and drain washer and dryer prior to moving day, unless arrangements have been made with Eagleview Solutions to provide that service.
Empty, defrost, and dry refrigerator/freezer if applicable.
Gather all valuable items such as jewelry, mementos, family heirlooms, etc. and secure in a safe location prior to moving day.
Please keep pathways open and clear for crews to operate efficiently.
Set aside any items you may want during the move such as coffee pot and filters, cups, cleaning supplies, toilet and facial tissues, etc.

The job begins at the time that the crew leaves the warehouse and ends when the crew returns to the warehouse.

Payment is taken at the beginning of the job. Any hours over or underestimated will be adjusted at the end of the job. Payment can be made by cash or electronically with a card.
